Terrible. made an order on Element.com for some goods, which indicated they would be delivered that Friday (1 week from purchase). The order never arrived, neither did i recieve any correspondence with regards to my purchase. I found out through the shipping page that they have delayed shipping due to Brexit, yet that was never stated during the purchase journey.
It's been almost 2 weeks now, and I still have no idea when the goods will be delivered after trying to communicate with customer service, to no avail...
They don't tell you it's shipped from the US to Canada once a week in a single shipment. They state 2 bus days to ship out but that's after it gets to Canada. They adjust dates as they go when called out when things do not arrive on time. They assure you it will arrive on time even after the delivery date has passed. They are pathological liars.
They never apologize for missing dates or providing poor customer service. You can ask direct questions and it's all spin and deflection in response.
They just don't care.
I will never buy from them again.

It's a legit company, but terrible customer service and very long order turnaround.
